Our Redwood restaurant freshly renovated for 2027 !
The Redwood is taking to new heights from the 2027 season onwards! Completely refurbished, your restaurant is now situated on the roof of our new building, overlooking the outdoor swimming pool. A new space to enjoy your meals in a refreshed setting, extend the pleasures of the day and share wonderful moments of togetherness. Ludovic, Cécile and their whole team will be delighted to welcome you there !
A menu rich in Basque flavours
We celebrate the specialities of our region, with delicious recipes that invite you to discover local flavours.
To start with, why not try our tapas: Basque charcuterie, sheep’s cheese, ham or cod croquettes… Perfect for sharing an aperitif full of character! Fancy a typical Basque dish? Discover our Basque platter, featuring slices of lomo marinated in Espelette chilli, piperade, chips and sheep’s cheese. Seafood lovers will also enjoy our baby squid in parsley sauce.
And because everyone has their own preferences, our menu also features burgers, salads, fish, Roman-style pinsas and daily specials. Plenty of variety to enjoy throughout your stay!

An even more relaxing holiday with half-board
To make the most of your stay, choose our half-board option (available from 5th May to 31st August inclusive).
Breakfast, with a choice of sweet or savoury options Sweet option: bread, jam, yoghurt or fruit compote and a hot drink. Savoury option: scrambled eggs, cheese, avocado and bread.
Dinner Enjoy the restaurant’s à la carte menu with a set menu comprising a starter and a main course, or a main course and a dessert, accompanied by a hot drink.
Would you prefer lunch rather than dinner? Dinner can be replaced by lunch on request.

Our Redwood restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner.
The bar is open all day long, making it the perfect place to enjoy a drink whilst chatting with friends and family. The bar opens first thing in the morning to serve our sweet or savoury breakfast menus, which you can enjoy here.
The opening hours of our Redwood restaurant are subject to change throughout the season. We invite you to check them on site.
