Ilbarritz is built on a hillside, and parking is not always directly beside each cottage, so finding the right location is particularly important. We are glad you enjoyed the warm, covered swimming pool and the friendly atmosphere of our restaurant. You are quite right: a brand-new restaurant is planned for the 2027 season, and we look forward to welcoming guests there. Regarding evening entertainment, Ilbarritz currently offers a Relax concept, with a deliberately lighter programme. From next season, we will become a Yelloh! Club, with a larger entertainment team and more activities. Our new Social Club will also provide a dedicated convivial space for quizzes, blind tests, karaoke, disco evenings and more. Our naturally sloping site can indeed be more challenging for guests with reduced mobility, so we recommend contacting our team before booking so we can advise on the most suitable accommodation and location. It is also great to hear that, as a returning guest, you noticed the improvements to our gym and Wi-Fi, as well as the new equipment in your accommodation. Regarding the bathroom sink, a quick call to reception would have allowed our technical team to intervene and solve the issue straight away. Thank you for highly recommending Ilbarritz. Regarding smoking and vaping, our restaurant and bar seating areas are outdoors, where smoking is permitted under French regulations. We nevertheless understand that this can be uncomfortable for non-smokers. We also hear your teenagers’ feedback. This is precisely one of the areas where Ilbarritz is evolving: our future Maison Ilbarritz will provide new dedicated spaces and more activities for teenagers. A second sports area is also planned, with football, beach volleyball, beach rugby and beach tennis. More opportunities to meet, play and enjoy the holiday together! Egun On, Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie beoordeling! Wat fijn dat u ons vakantiepark aangenaam en overzichtelijk vond. Onze ligging is inderdaad een van onze grote troeven: de oceaan op wandelafstand, Biarritz vlakbij en talloze mogelijkheden om de Baskische kust en het binnenland te ontdekken. Of u nu kiest voor een dagje strand, een uitstapje naar een Baskisch dorp of een sportieve activiteit, er is hier altijd iets te beleven!
