Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay.We apologize if you felt that certain facilities were unavailable. We want to clarify that while our closing date was approaching (September 28th), all of our core services and facilities remained fully open during your visit.Pools: All of our pool areas were open and operating, and were heated to a minimum of 27°C, ensuring they were fully usable despite the season. We acknowledge there was a temporary closure of the lagoon during your stay to resolve a technical issue, but this was an isolated incident.Restaurant and Store: We assure you that our full restaurant menu was available. Our supermarket was open 7 days a week and fully stocked with fresh bread, pastries, and a wide selection of products, even in the final week of the season.We want to highlight that you were staying with us at the lowest rate of the season while still benefiting from the same high level of service and the use of all major facilities, which is a testament to the value we provide as the season winds down.We regret that the imminent closing date affected your perception of our services.
